Our client is a Top 100 UK Law firm with an excellent reputation across a number of sectors in commercial and private law. They have a number of rankings in both of the legal directories and are known as a modern, progressive and inclusive law firm.

Your new role
You will be joining the highly regarded Property Litigation team in the Bath office. You will be providing legal advice to a range of clients in the commercial and residential property areas. Working closely with the highly acclaimed head of property litigation and Partner you will be supporting them initially as well as managing your own caseload of matters which may include possession, recovery, covenants, access rights, enfranchisement, service charge - so anything contentious within property.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a motivated and bright junior lawyer, either approaching qualification with at least a 6 month seat in property or commercial litigation matters or you will have up to 4 years PQE within litigation and a genuine interest in developing your career within the property litigation field.

You should have good academics, trained at a high quality law firm and have excellent client skills.
