Finance Lawyer, In-house, NQ-3

Are you looking to join a dynamic, progressive company, where you can take ownership for legal matters in a flexible and driven environment?  This start-up provides specialist financing solutions within the sports and media sector, and is looking for another lawyer to join their growing in-house legal team.  

Working closely with the business, your role will encompass both deal-related and non-transactional matters and will entail:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDA's, term sheets and loan facility agreements, driving transactions through to completion;
- instructing and engaging with external counsel; and
- providing ad hoc legal advice to the business.

You will have outstanding academics and have trained at a top City firm, and be about to qualify or have already qualified into the banking/finance team.  Experience of secured lending transactions is advantageous and you must be commercially minded, a team player and keen to broaden your skillset.
