This boutique Commercial practice boast a strong reputation with start-up clients throughout the TMT spectrum. As the department's market share has continued to increase, the Firm are now keen to appoint a 4-6 PQE Commercial Associate to support the Head of Department in further developing the offering to clients through the London market.
The role will involve:
-Drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of commercial contracts, manufacturing, distribution, introduction and other agreements;
-Software development, systems integration, outsourcing agreements;
-Franchise agreements;
-Data protection compliance and advice, including a good knowledge of the GDPR; data sharing and processing agreements;
-Drafting terms and conditions for a variety of online and on-premises T&Cs, privacy polices;
Applicants will be keen to take on a high degree of responsibility, both for existing clients of the Firm, and in assisting the strategic growth of the department alongside the Commercial Partner.
