Credit Hire Litigation - High Quality Multi-Track Work

Great opportunity to join this well structured and highly regarded mid-tier law firm based in the heart of Bolton, who have gradually expanded over the last 2 years. This role will suit an experienced credit hire litigator who is comfortable dealing with a fully litigated caseload.

You will need to have gained a minimum of 3 years' experience within credit hire and have the ability to deal with Non-ABI hire matters. Work is of a high quality and you will regularly be dealing with multi track matters that consist of complex hire claims and high end prestige hire vehicles that have a high daily rate.

You will be joining a department of 20 staff and there is support in place from paralegals and pre-litigation fee earners, as well as having a modern case management system in place. There is a relaxed atmosphere in place with a knowledgeable management team that will be able to support you with any complex queries and help you develop your skills as a litigator.

This firm are based close to the train station and have on-site / local parking as well as being close to the major roads leading into Bolton. The office is open plan and newly furnished, so there are plenty of opportunities to work closely with colleagues and brainstorm within your team.
