We are working with a Birmingham law firm who are looking to recruit a Banking Solicitor to join their team.

An international private practice.

Description

This is an opportunity to join a leading Finance team based in Birmingham city centre. The team are on the Panel for a number of leading financial institutions and are advising on national and international projects.

This is a great chance for a Birmingham based solicitor or a relocating London NQ+ to move into a leading team.

You will be involved in:

  • acquisition finance
  • leveraged finance
  • real estate finance
  • asset based lending

The team is well known in the Birmingham market for being one of the market leaders and this role will give a solicitor the chance to learn and develop from senior Banking lawyers.

Profile

You will either be a trainee solicitor approaching qualification with experience in transactional/banking law or a qualified solicitor with expertise in Finance. Our client will consider candidates with a range of PQE.
