Are you an NQ Dispute Resolution Solicitor seeking a new role with a friendly team in the Chelmsford area?
The Role
Advising on the full range of contentious matters, with technical experience in Litigation and the aptitude your increase your knowledge and experience in this area of law. Matters to include Debt Recovery, Possession, Contract Disputes, Contract Disputes, and Contentious Probate
Who are they looking for?
- Newly Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a background or Training seat of a broad range of Litigation matters with a good understanding of the CPR
- A strong team player as well as the ability to work under own initiative
- Business development and experience in cases funded by Conditional Fee Arrangements would be an advantage
- Confident and clear communication skills and the ability to deal with people across a range of levels with patience and tact
