The Role:

As a newly qualified corporate solicitor in this recognised practice you will manage a caseload of matters such as:

* Banking
* Private Equity
* Mergers and Acquisitions
* Corporate Restructuring

The Candidate:

* Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor
* Training with a city or medium/large regional practice
* Strong Academic Record
