Corporate Lawyer (M&A) 3-6 month contract

An innovative and fast paced West Coast US law firm is looking for a Corporate Associate to join the business on an initial 3-6 month contract based in central London.

With a focus on international work across a variety of sectors you will be supporting a client base which includes high profile global technology companies.

In this role you will be responsible for taking an integral role on transactional corporate work, M&A actvity and JV arrangements.

Ideally you will be 3+ years PQE, trained in a reputable firm with either subsequent experience in-house or in private practice as an Corporate M&A Lawyer.

US, Australian and New Zealand lawyers with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
