The Role:
This role is for Construction Solicitor to join the team in either the Northampton or Milton Keynes office in a very well-established firm.
Requirements:
It is required to be either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 4+ years PQE but will look at lower PQE levels with a strong Construction Law background.
You will be able to advise the construction industry, employers along with related organisations and businesses. You will have good knowledge:
- Procurement of consultant services and works
- Residential Projects
- Commercial Projects and agreements
- Infrastructure Projects
- Renewable energy installations
- Construction contracts
- Development agreements
- Dispute resolution
