Working for a law firm in Cardiff this is a lovely role for a legal secretary/Administrator working 9 to 5. The role will be in the Employment and Pensions team but if you have good legal or secretarial/administrative experience, previous knowledge in these disciplines of law is not essential.  The role requires strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel ability.   The role will include file management, client contact, diary management, administration, event planning, invoicing, typing and large document work.  The role would suit somebody with excellent organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be supporting lawyers in the team on ad-hoc projects as required, so will need to be able to prioritise a busy workload.   The team is very client focused so would expect the Secretary to have a similar approach.  Support is available across the wider Commercial Services network and through the Firm's internal Learning and Development platforms.

Good communication and telephone skills

Attention to detail
Flexible approach to daily tasks and good organisational skills
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft suite
Understands and complies with Information Security responsibilities commensurate with this role including Data Protection and the duty of confidentiality.
