My Client is a Legal 500 firm based in Bromley in Kent. They have an excellent reputation in the area, with several successful branches, and are opening a new branch in 2018 in response to a growing demand for their services. The firm's culture is very supportive; there is a genuine emphasis on a work/life balance while retaining the opportunity to be exposed to good quality work.
An opportunity has arisen for a company commercial solicitor to join this Legal 500 firm. They act for a variety of businesses, and have an excellent client base of local SME's who provide repeat work.
The work is varied, and will include commercial contract work, small company mergers and acquisitions and shareholder agreements. The position would suit an individual with a strong background in company commercial work who is looking for a position that offers a genuine work/life balance. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have in excess of 3 years' PQE.
