My client is a local law firm with a national reach; they have an established place in the market and have a growing reputation. They are a multi-disciplined law practice.
Due to expansion within the team they are now looking to recruit for a Paralegal or Qualified Legal Executive to join their Employment team.
The Role;
- Assisting the Head of Department and other solicitors with complex contentious employment matters (predominantly Claimant).
- Managing a case load (under supervision).
- Assisting with non-contentious Respondent matters.
- Undertaking fee earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the Employment Department.
The Candidate;
You will be either a paralegal or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years' experience dealing with contentious employment law matters, you will have a understanding of Employment Law and the Tribunal Process. You will have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and will be motivated to learn and develop.
