Are you a Newly Qualified, Junior, or Mid-Level Solicitor or Barrister with strong experience and/or interest in the defence of :

- White Collar Crime;

- Bribery & Corruption;

- Fraud 

 ?

If so, get in touch as soon as possible. This is a rare opportunity for a Barrister or Solicitor registered in England & Wales to progress in his or her practice in the defence of Corporate Crime.  

Ideally, you will have experience of advising clients in connection with White Collar Crime investigations, with a particular focus on corporate fraud, bribery, and money laundering. Experience in criminal defence of financial services and other regulatory offences will be very useful. You will understand and have experienced conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporates, and worked on implementing compliance programs. 

Your role will involve working closely with the firm's Corporate Clients at General Counsel/Compliance Counsel and board level. Excellent communication and project management skills are therefore essentially. 

The Firm will also consider Candidates who do not have White Collar backgrounds, but who have excellent grades, a demonstrably outstanding work ethic, and experience with a top law firm or Chambers.
