The Role:
This role is for Private Client Solicitor to join the team in either the Northampton or Milton Keynes office in a very well-established firm.
Requirements:
It is required to be either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 4+ years PQE but will look at lower PQE levels with a strong Private Client background.
You will have experience working with high-net-worth individuals and be able to advise on various aspects of Private Client law, including but not limited to:
- Wills and Trusts
- UK and offshore trusts
- Wealth management and succession
- Powers of Attorney
- Property tax
- Estate administration and tax planning
- Tax planning and compliance
