A Legal 500 ranked regional firm in Uxbridge is seeking an experienced Converyancer to join the team.

The Firm
- A leading Legal 500 ranked firm
- Dynamic and forward thinking when it comes to handling complex legal matters

- Clients include individuals and business nationally and internationally

The Role
- Conveyancer needed to join the well-renowned team in Uxbridge
- You will join a team of 2 Senior Solicitors, 2 Solicitors and 9 Legal Administrators
- You will join the New Homes Division that has a larger focus on communication with national, regional and local house builders and residential developer clients
- You will advise on the acquisition of residential development sites, infrastructure agreemnts and Housing Association disposals

The Candidate
- Non Qualified Conveyancers or Licensed Conveyancers are welcome to apply
- 2 - 4 years conveyancing experience
- Sound technical knowledge in residential property law
- Able to deal with high volume transactions in a busy environment
- Able to delegate work and monitor junior members of the team
