There are great opportunities for additional lawyers (from NQs to more experienced lawyers) to join this very well-regarded and sizeable Residential Development team based in the heart of Leeds city centre.

For trainees who have completed a Real Estate/Commercial Property seat, this is a fabulous opportunity to move into what is arguably the most sought-after area of Real Estate, advising household-name house builders and landowners on the acquisition, development and sale of new home sites. You will become involved in all aspects of the developments, including funding documentation and infrastructure agreements, so there will be plenty of variety.

There is a real need for Residential Development specialists across the country; qualifying into this area would certainly offer career longevity.

Although some Residential Development experience would be an advantage, the team is happy to consider lawyers with broader Commercial Property experience who have a keen interest in moving into Residential Development.

You will be joining a sizeable, friendly team and working alongside a number of the firm’s key decision-makers in modern, bright and airy offices.
