The Role

The firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor to join their Upminster, Essex office.

Property is one of the largest departments firm wide, they have an outstanding reputation among clients and agents for delivering a great service and adding real value to client's transactions. They have seen a real increase in the amount of quality referrals, you will join a friendly and supportive team. They have good support for fee earners with a solid work force. You will take a more senior role, whilst dealing with a good quality caseload consisting of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity, the caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

The Requirements

• You will either be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX who is 3-6 years PQE and has experience of running your own caseload
• You should have a passion for property work
• You should have good interpersonal skills
• You should have a good eye for detail and be organised
• Salary is above market rate depending on experience
