The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Lawyer (3+ PQE) to join their flourishing team in their Dartford office, Kent in either a part time or full time role.

The firm's Corporate Commercial department is widely recognized as one of the best, dealing with a range of issues and providing advice and support to clients, providing services including agency agreements, Distribution and supply agreements, Terms and conditions of business, Collaboration agreements, procurement and outsourcing, service level agreements, software licenses, E-commerce agreements, manufacturing agreements, Franchise agreements, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements.

Your work will be varied and very interesting, high value and involve work across contractual, commercial and trading issues, with the possibility to also cover IP and Data Protection. You will work closely with market leading Construction Law Solicitors and Partners, and be given a very good level of support to carry out a varied case load, build a solid client base, and business develop.
