THE ROLE
A property litigation solicitor is now sought to work in the London office.
The role will encompass a range of contentious commercial and residential matters for both Landlords and Tenants.
ABOUT YOU
You should have good knowledge of black letter property law and procedure relating to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, dilapidation claims in England and advising on squatters both in terms of their rights and eviction.
In addition, you will be involved in providing advice on forfeiture and Rights of Light.
You will also be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities.
The firm will consider both full time and part time applications.
