Property Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a well-known and highly respected City firm with an international office network and an excellent reputation for providing full-service commercial advice to an impressive roster of blue-chip international clients. The Guildford team are looking for a paralegal with property damage experience (desirable) to assist with property litigation practice on a rolling contractual basis. You must have excellent academics (LPC / 2.1 / ABB) and a proven track record in this field. You will be assisting the team with: Drafting and serving up Notices upon Landlords and Tenants; Drafting and issuing Court proceedings; Preparation of witness evidence and matters up to and including trial. This is an excellent opportunity to use existing experience to secure a rolling contract with a top City player.
