Contracts Manager – Online Retail Business – Hertfordshire – Permanent Contract
A successful & well-known online retail business based in Hertfordshire are looking to hire a contracts manager to support their legal team.
The Contracts Manager will sit as the first internal point of contact for contract queries and will be involved in the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to:
- Supply/sales contracts
- Marketing and sponsorship agreements
- IT/software licences
- NDAs
The successful Contracts Manager candidate will have:
- A strong knowledge of contract law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Exposure to the retail sector is helpful but not essential.
