Infrastructure/Leveraged Finance 3+ (with Prospects)

Fantastic opportunity for an associate to be an integral part in the development of a practice. The Banking Group at this leading global firm is expanding their projects and infrastructure finance capability following their successful win of a number of pitches for additional work. It now seeks a mid or senior lawyer who may be frustrated by the lack of opportunity internally and is looking to make their mark elsewhere. Given the volume of work, the Banking Group envisages a circa 2-year lead to partner for the right candidate.

The team has a wealth of experience advising on significant and innovative transactions in the infrastructure sector both domestically and internationally with recent transactions involving airports, ports, utilities, storage, rail, social infrastructure and communication. Clients include sponsors, borrowers, banks, institutional debt investors and other corporate entities on all aspects of infrastructure acquisition financings and refinancings - from origination, negotiation and documentation to closing.

The team is happy to consider individuals with a project finance or leveraged finance background.
