Interim Legal Counsel

A well-known technology business based in Newbury is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team on an initial 6 month contract starting towards the end of August.

As an integral part of their Group Legal function you will be responsible for:

- drafting customer facing contracts and templates, engaging with stakeholders across the business

- supporting with the development of customer terms and guidance notes

- providing general legal advice concerning commercial matters

To be considered for this role you will be 3+ years PQE with previous experience as a commercial lawyer either in-house or practice with strong knowledge of contract drafting. You will have a proactive and commercial approach coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team based and busy environment.
