Residential Property Paralegal.
An award winning North East firm requires a Property Paralegal to join its Residential department in their main office in Stockton-on-Tees.
Working alongside residential conveyancing fee earners, you will play an integral role in the team, providing high calibre conveyancing support. Responsibilities in this conveyancing support role will include audio typing of documentation and correspondence, liaising with clients, undertaking searches, registration of titles, and assisting in completions whilst adhering to timescales.
In order to be successful for this Residential Property Paralegal role, you will ideally possess previous conveyancing experience, in an assistant capacity.
