A structured finance associate with 2-3 years of PQE is urgently required by a global banking practice. The practice regularly advises local and international lenders and borrowers on some of the most high-profile transactions in the market.
The Company & the Structured Finance Role
My client's practice has advised lenders, arrangers and originators on asset backed financing's and securitisations of various asset classes and structures. Responsibilities of the Structured Finance associate focus on areas including:
- Consumer receivables trade
- Equipment lease receivables
- Commercial & residential mortgages
- Platform lending
- You will be encouraged to be client facing and given the chance to supervise on transactions.
