This well known Law Firm have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer looking to develop their career in their Private Client department.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner you will work on a varied case load and provide advice on the following:
- Administering Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection Orders
You will need to be qualified as a CILEx, Solicitor or have a relevant qualification. Along with a minimum of 6 months private client experience.
Along with strong communication skills, good drafting and writing skills and an ability to adhere to and manage strict deadlines.
