Commercial Contracts Advisor - Basingstoke - £28k - £32k DOE

Your new company
You will get the opportunity to work for one of the leading technology distribution organisations in Europe. You will be working within their In house legal team assisting on all commercial contracts.

Your new role
As part of your new role you will be assisting on commercial contracts throughout the business, these include Vendor Contracts, Sales contracts and NDA contracts. Within this you will be tasked with proof reading documents, preparing final contracts, managing the stakeholders involved and ensuring all information is recorded on the contract management tool.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be an experienced senior paralegal looking to take your next steps in our career. You will need to have experience dealing with all commercial contracts. You will need to be able to work under pressure with time constraints, have good attention to detail and be highly organised.
