Opportunity to join this niche Personal Injury practice based on the Wirral and work on a mixed caseload of EL & PL matters.
You will be working as part as a small team of 12 and dealing with both pre-litigated and litigated matters on a quality caseload with the opportunity to earn a fantastic bonus (circa 5k - 10k). Most issued cases get an increase in damages and a therefore usually get a rapid result and because of that you have the chance earn well on files with a quick turnaround.
You will need at least 2 years' experience (or more) as a Fee Earner or Legal Executive as you will be expected to deal with a full caseload and work unsupervised.
Salary is £25k - £30k for this position with a bonus attached as well as other benefits such as on site parking and a relaxed work environment. This role is based on the Wirral so you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.
