PI & Clinical Negligence Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a well respected law firm based in Chesterfield that prides itself on its low turnover of staff. We are looking for an experienced PI & Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to take over an existing caseload.

You will be joining the serious injury team and handling a mixed caseload of high value and complex Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence files including;
-    Failure to diagnose
-    Misdiagnosis 
-    Brain Injury 
-    Spinal Injury 
-    Gynaecology claims
-    RTA
-    EL/PL

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience gained handling high value and complex claims, have excellent client care skills including the ability to build and develop relationships with clients and a thorough knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures.
