An outstanding new role has become available with a leading technology practice in a mid Atlantic US firm.

This exciting position will work closely with technology businesses from start-up onwards. This will include working on venture capital financing, M&A and private equity investments with deals being worth up to £300M.

The Firm

This firm's highly regarded M&A and private equity team has worked on the largest private company sales on the tech market with a growing buy-side M&A practice. Clients are predominantly from the technology sector.

The corporate team guides clients from initial start up, through seed, VC financings to M&A transactions, IPOs and beyond.

The Role

This exciting position will work closely with technology businesses from start-up onwards. This will include working on venture capital financing, M&A and private equity investments with deals being worth up to £300M. There is an excellent remuneration package on offer and provide excellent benefits.

Candidate Requirements

· Qualified UK Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE

· Demonstrable corporate transactional experience within the technology sector or a deep interest in technology.

· Currently working at a City firm or recognised technology focused firm

· Strong team player and excellent communication skills
