An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Contracts Lawyer to join a friendly, well respected public sector organisation. The Contracts Lawyer role will be based in Oxfordshire, with good transport links and free parking available.
The successful candidate will be confident in taking on a range of matters, including:
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of contracts such as; Studentships, Collaborations, Joint appointments, Intellectual Property, Media arrangements and Estates management
- Helping to set up new legal template contracts
- Assisting the team with compliance matters
- Assisting the in-house legal team with contract completion, signatures and emails
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor who has completed a Commercial Contracts seat to expand on their experience. Our client is offering the successful candidate an opportunity to really expand and develop their skill set, as well as gaining exposure working within a commercial and dynamic establishment.
Our client is looking for somebody who will be available for a period of 4 months, with the possibility of extension.
