Commercial Property Solicitor - Stratford-Upon-Avon
I'm currently working on multiple commercial property roles with a large regional Legal 500 firm for their Stratford-upon-Avon office
The firm is seeking to recruit real estate/commercial property Solicitors across a wide range of PQE levels and could look at candidate as junior as newly qualified Solicitors through to experienced Partner level lawyers.
There is an existing caseload for fee earners to pick up from the outset which will include transactional work such as acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, secured lending work, portfolio management and L&T matters. There are further opportunities for lawyers who have an interest in representing clients from the Utilities sector, and the firm will consider applicants again across a wide range of PQE.
