The firm is seeking to hire a new Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Enfield, Middlesex office.

This firm has been established for over 50 years and has three offices spanning North London and Hertfordshire. They have got a local reputation for high-quality work, an excellent client base and a level of service which provides them with a steady stream of referrals. They practice very progressive and invest heavily into their staff, nurturing and developing talent, this is reflected in the fact of how many of their Partners are home-grown. They now stand at 70 staff; the practice is currently thriving, and they have grown steadily year on year. You will find that fee earners deal with manageable caseloads with a real emphasis on quality and charging well for the work that they do. The culture is supportive, friendly and forward-thinking, the majority of the staff have been at the practice over ten years.
The Role
The firm has a Commercial Litigation team comprises of a team of six, with two Partners. They have an outstanding referral network and are currently thriving with quality work. The firm are looking for a Senior Litigator who can run their own caseload as well as taking an active role in marketing working with the Partners. The caseload will be broad and will consist of; Shareholder disputes, Contract disputes, Contentious property matters and Professional indemnity, as well as other matters.
Due to the nature of this role it comes with excellent prospects for progression including Partner.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 10 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
- This role will be based in Enfield, Middlesex
- You will have good experience of dealing a broad Commercial Litigation caseload
- Experience of developing business is essential
- You should be ambitious and want to be at the forefront of a growing Litigation department
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus a lucrative bonus structure
