The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Solicitor to head up the department in their Chesham office, Buckinghamshire.

You will work side on with a Partner/ Co-owner. You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team dealing with a wide variety of work. You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious work, which will also include Corporate support. You will deal with both claimant and respondent work and the caseload will be high quality.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Experience in GDPR would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Enjoy working in a fast moving, professional environment
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
