Senior Corporate Lawyer

This is an excellent opportunity for a partner-designate looking to progress within their career. My client are the leading firm in Oman, with the Partners being consistently recognised as leading lawyers by both Chambers and Legal500. 

The firm have recently taken on a number of expats from across the globe and are now seeking the next hire for the corporate team. 

The role will be varied and will involve matters across the spectrum of corporate and commercial work including IPOs, outward and inbound M&A, and corporate restructurings. Given the focus on partnership progression, you will need to have strong leadership experience and high-calibre technical expertise. You will preferably have trained with a top-tier firm within a common law jurisdiction. 

Requirements: 

• 6-10 PQE 
• Common law qualified
• General corporate/commercial background
