New Homes Lawyer - Exeter.
Exciting opportunity for an experienced new homes lawyer to join an established and growing team in Exeter.
You will work alongside a highly regarded wider property team and will have lots of client contact with developers from day one.
Effectively this role will be a deputy head position, with further future progression. You will "account manage" various developers of all sizes and therefore an excellent communicator is required.
Ideally you will already have plot sales and new build experience. Solicitors and full or part qualified legal executives will be considered. You should be familiar with all aspects of New Homes conveyancing transactions including freehold & leasehold cases, mortgages and Help to Buy funded transactions.
Excellent Salary depending on experience. Very friendly team environment. Central Exeter office suite.
