Residential Conveyancing Paralegal.
Join this established full service law firm and progress your experience within residential property.
This client are very busy within their residential property team and seek an experienced paralegal or legal assistant to join them.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress as this firm are really investing in their paralegals to be their conveyancers in the future! Although there is no guarantee of a training contract or Ilex training, you will be trained to a very high level.
Your experience should already include advising on sales and purchases. You will assist a team of experienced conveyancers with their matters from instruction to completion.
You will have a high level of responsibility from day one.
Ideally you should have at least 6 months residential property experience, but candidates with commercial property experience who looking to progress should also apply.
Salary up to £25k + 25 days holiday, Christmas close down, and pension scheme.
