Company Commercial Solicitor.
My client is a chambers rated practice giving legal advise across Devon, the South West and further afield.
They are very busy in their company commercial team and are seeking an additional solicitor to join this department in Exeter.
You should either be a newly qualified solicitor, or have up to 3-4 years experience within company commercial matters. Newly qualified solicitors will be considered, if you have completed a relevant training seat.
Here you will advise a wide range of clients from small to large, national and international. Your daily caseload will entail advising on corporate finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, partnership agreements, leases and company start ups/management. A smaller part of this role will include advising on corporate support work liasing with charity and education sector clients.
Join this friendly and successful team and advise a loyal client base on quality interesting work. This is a full time role, but with possible flexibility on working hours.
