Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive.
A Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive is required for a full service law firm in Exeter, Devon.
This friendly firm are very busy and seeking an additional solicitor or legal executive to join their Exeter conveyancing team.
This firm handle the whole variety of commercial and residential property work, but this role will be advising on mainly residential matters.
You will handle a full caseload of sales and purchases of registered and unregistered land, freehold & leasehold titles, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
Ideally you should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2-3 years experience. You should be willing to lend a hand managing more junior staff members as required, although this will not make up the main bulk of your role.
Candidates familiar with business development and networking are encouraged to apply, although more importantly you should have a friendly and approachable manner when dealing with local agents and clients.
