A leading global law firm is recruiting a Junior (NQ+) Corporate Finance Trusts Lawyer to join its top ranked practice in London.
This exciting role is ideal for a junior lawyer looking for genuine variety in terms of the legal work they do. You will join a close-nit team, advising corporate trustees and agencies on all aspects of the transactions they are involved in - those transactions being some of the most interesting and high profile in the market (including, for example, securitisations, asset financings, restructurings and debt and equity capital markets transactions).
The role is ideal for exceptional lawyers looking for variety and who have a genuine intellectual curiosity. You will also enjoy high levels of responsibility and client contact.
There is a highly competitive remuneration package for this role and generous bonus package.
The firm will also consider exceptional common law qualified lawyers, including from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
