A leading national Legal 500 listed commercial practice wishes to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its formidable Property Team based in Milton Keynes.
The firm has a reputation as a specialist commercial practice that acts for a number of high profile clients in a variety of sectors covering real estate, residential conveyancing, public law, commercial services, technology, energy, and corporate finance to name a few.
This is a residential conveyancing role in a team which sits within the wider Real Estate Division. You will work very closely with both real estate and real estate finance lawyers and the fundamental aspect of the role is to deal with reporting on titles and achieving completions as well as providing strategic support on complex property transactions. You will have a significant amount of client exposure and you will join part of an established close knit and friendly team and will be required to actively participate in team meetings to help shape the department going forwards.
The firm is open to applications from qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or experienced non-qualified fee earners who have a minimum of 2 years' experience of handling the full remit of residential conveyancing matters. You will have experience of using a case management system and you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You will thrive in working in a challenging but ultimately rewarding atmosphere that has a real team orientated ethos.
Given the firms' standing in the market you will naturally receive a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a substantial holiday allowance of 27 days with the option to carry some entitlement over, as well as private healthcare and medical insurance and a host of other benefits.
Importantly, the firm actively promotes an open and transparent culture which is a keen advocate of professional development to ensure that you can progress your career with the firm and ultimately move within the structure, be it in either a technical or managerial route so the options for progression are really only limited by your own ambition.
This is a rare opportunity to utilise your residential conveyancing skills within a more commercial environment and to become part of a skilled and highly thought of team of real estate lawyers. There is an active social element which is helpful given the number of bars, restaurants and shopping outlets that are within easy reach of the office.
