Legal 500 firm in Luton is seeking an experienced Locum Family Solicitor for holiday cover during August.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Family Solicitor to join our client’s multi-accredited firm during August. Dealing with both private and Legal Aid matters the successful candidate will be dealing with a wide range of matters which may include: divorce; domestic violence; matrimonial finance; injunctions; cohabitation orders; private and public children matters including care proceedings; Part II Children Act Applications; mediation; adoption and; child abduction cases (both internationally and domestic). The role will be based at the Luton office but some travel to other offices may be required.
The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from qualified Family solicitors.
Experience is private and Legal Aid family matters is essential.
It is important that the successful solicitor is organised and able to work towards tight deadlines.
It is advantageous if your communication and client care skills are of an exceptional standard.
