Hourly Rate: £30 - £33 per hour (d.o.e)

Description

I am currently working with an excellent Essex based firm who are looking for to recruit a Residential Conveyancing locum to cover running from the middle of August until the end of October.

Applications will be considered from solicitors and legal executives however a minimum of 3 years’ experience within residential conveyancing is essential.

• Dealing with residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
•  
• Dealing with sales and purchases
•  
• Remortgages
•  
• Equity transfer

This role is to start in August and is an excellent opportunity to secure a role running through to the end of October offering a highly competitive hourly rate.
