Litigated Fee Earner opportunity (credit hire) - Greater Manchester

Your new firm is a well-regarded legal firm in Greater Manchester.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a caseload, pursuing the settlement of credit hire files, handling small claims and fast track matters. You will undertake discussions and negotiations with Insured, Insurer and Third Party Solicitors to pursue the rapid and appropriate settlement of cases, and the apportionment of costs. You will ensure case progress is maximised, and that all actions have been undertaken to bring the case to settlement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous credit hire experience, and experience of handling small claims and fast track matters, managing your own caseload. If you have litigated RTA experience, an an interest in moving int to credit hire, then this may be considered. You will have an understanding of case law and litigation practice and CPO. If you have pre-litigated experience and are looking to move into a role that will give you litigated experience, then this could be an ideal opportunity!
