COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 5+

THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for your own caseload of commercial property matters including development, investment, and landlord and tenant
- You will be involved in sales and purchases, site acquisitions and site assembly, leasing, lettings, financing, joint ventures and disposal
- As a more senior member of the team, you will also be involved in maintaining and exclusively retaining existing clients, both in the North East and further afield nationally, as well as building and developing new client relationships
- You may also be required to get involved with supervisory and managerial responsibilities for more junior members of the team, including mentoring trainee solicitors during their training contract

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property law
- You may have a broad commercial property background, or be more specialised in one particular area over another, but either way, this firm would be interested in meeting with you
- Managerial/supervisory experience would be a bonus, but is not essential
