Major Projects Disputes Lawyer

Global engineering group and market leader seek to recruit an experienced lawyer to support delivery of major UK capital projects.

Based either in London or the East Midlands, you will work closely with a complex projects delivery team advising on contractual queries, risk management and management/avoidance of disputes.  You will seek to resolve disputes against the business, bring claims against suppliers or customers and seek to strengthen contracts to avoid future disputes arising. These could be manufacturing, supply, maintenance, licensing or procurement.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer but could also be a qualified QS. You will have experience in managing complex disputes and claims. Exposure to engineering projects would be preferred.  You must be a robust self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills.
