You will be responsible for a caseload of litigated RTA matters, pursuing settlement of files, undertaking discussions, negotiations and court telephone hearings as required, to ensure progress is maximised on the files. You will work with a commercial focus and have good levels of client interaction.

What you'll need to succeed
This role is suitable for a Paralegal / Fee Earner with RTA experience. In order to succeed you will need similar experience in a previous role, either claimant or defendant. You will be familiar with the litigation process, including part 7. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
