A challenging and varied opportunity has arisen for a Legal Aid costs draftsman to join an ever-impressive practice operating in the West midlands.

Responsible for the management of a caseload of Family legal aid matters, drafting Claim 1A and LA1'S, the individual will be required to work under own merit although will be supported by the head of department where necessary.

The role is open to junior and more developed draftsman as the department is undergoing constant growth. Those without family experience may also be considered for further opportunity within the firms' other services.

The successful candidate will be providing dedicated costs support for head of costs across several thriving UK based offices.
