Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE/LICENSED CONVEYANCER - NEWCASTLE

THE FIRM:
- International law firm with offices in Newcastle City Centre
- One of the largest residential teams in the UK
- Rated as the best team in the North East for Residential work

THE ROLE:
- You will be working within a large team of residential conveyancing specialists and you each have responsibility for your own caseload of predominantly part exchange sales and purchases, as well as some plot sales files also
- You will also play an integral role in assisting with licences and consents subsequent to sales and freehold reversion sales
- You will need to liaise closely with the Development Team compiling sales documentation, so strong communication skills are essential

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- You will be either a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 12 months experience in residential conveyancing
- You must have experience of dealing with complex residential conveyancing issues, including
- You may have worked in a small high street practice, or a larger commercial firm, candidates from either background are encouraged to apply
- Part time is not possible for this role, however job share options will be considered on a 3 day/3 day basis (with 1 day crossover)
