An opportunity has arisen for a Costs Draftsman with a leading Law firm based in their Liverpool City Centre office.
The successful candidate will be a competent Draftsman & Negotiator with experience of handling complex, high value clinical negligence matters.
Your duties will include drafting bills of costs, PODs, budgets & replies as well as negotiating settlement. Any advocacy experience would also be an advantage however this isn't essential.
